Badminton champions

Congratulations to the children who took part in a competition against other shools and retained the badminton trophy.
One week they were just starting out, a new sport, a new game to play- and a crazy new thing to hit (a shuttlecock no less, not a ball)! The next week, champions of the Rye Area schools. A fantastic achievement!
The children played with great spirit and showed a truly great sporting attitude, as they won close matches against other schools.
The final was a classic and the Playden team triumphed. Well done to Chloe, Thomas, Josie and Solly!
