Easter Fete

Despite the changeable weather, the PSA ran the first ever Easter fete in the school grounds on Saturday. Masterminded by Debbie Keen and her loyal band of stalwarts it was a hugely successful morning, raising more than £300 for the school coffers. The highlight was the Easter egg hunt in which the children ran around the field to find ten chocolate eggs, collecting them in their specially-made paper mache eggs. Debbie had set out a fantastic course, complete with bunny rabbits, flower pots scarecrows and a bunny-driven tractor! There were also bric-a-brac and refreshment stalls as well as a colouring competition. A huge thank you to all the parents who gave up their time to run the event, and to all the parents and boys and girls for supporting the school. Well done!

Some special guests await the Easter egg hunt!

Waiting to be judged.
