Dear Parents
Christmas is fast approaching and there is much happening in the next two weeks! Below are the highlights for next week.

The PSA have organised a shopping evening in the ballroom of the George Hotel in Rye next Tuesday evening from 7.00-9.30pm. If you are able to help and support this evening it would be much appreciated.

Our Christmas Fair takes place in school next Saturday. Doors open at 11.30am. Once again your help at this super event would be much appreciated. If you are able to donate any cakes to either of these occasions, the PSA would be mightily pleased!

The MUFTI day for the Christmas Fair is next Wednesday. As a forfeit children in Miss Newton’s and Mrs Davies’ classes should bring chocolate, Miss Palmer’s class, tombola gifts and Mr Cook’s class items for the food hamper. Thank you in anticipation of your support.

Children in Year 6 will be taking part in the Rye Area Schools’ Christmas concert at St Thomas’ Church, Winchelsea, next Wednesday evening. Separate letters have been sent out to parents.

Christmas lunch will be served next Thursday, followed by the Christmas party for the whole school. If your child would like to make a hat for our annual Hat Parade then (s)he will need to wear it on party day!
The whole school will be decamping to the White Rock Theatre in Hastings next Friday morning. More details next week!

Nativity

Our own Nativity will take place in Iden Church on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th December at 2pm. Tickets will be available from the office from Monday. There will be an initial allocation of two tickets per family. Additional tickets will be available from Monday 14th December.
