Many children stayed at school to watch England's crucial group match against Slovenia this afternoon. The spectators were a noisy bunch, but thoroughly behind the team, willing them on to victory. When Defoe scored there was absolute mayhem in the classroom! At half time it was a quick refreshment break served by Mrs Bristow and Mrs Sheppard and then back inside for a gruelling second half! But we're through to the last sixteen! Will it be Germany next? Surely not!
