Extra curricular activities

Football, netball, basketball and art and craft activities are organised on a rotational basis during the year.

We currently run the following after school clubs from 3.30-4.30pm, unless otherwise stated:

Tuesdays : Football for infant and junior children led by a professional coach from Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

Wednesdays : Karate

Thursdays: Year 5/6 football training with Mr Cook (until 4.45pm)

Fridays : Dance with Gina, the Dancing Diva, open to all children.

Peripatetic music

Children in Key Stage 2 also have the opportunity of learning to play a musical instrument during the school day. These lessons are led by qualified musicians from the East Sussex Music Service.

Children currently learn to play the violin with Ms Ratcliffe, keyboards with Mrs Wilson and guitar with Mr Williams. Children in Year 3 are learning to play the recorder with Mrs Edwards.
